Dr. Hatrak is affectionately known in the circles of professional athletes as a “Miracle Man”, “a Genius” for the results he has been able to deliver in the area of sports injury treatment and prevention.
A man passionate about eliminating chronic bio-mechanical injuries, Dr. Michael Hatrak has been in practice for over 35 years specializing in sports medicine and performance. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic in 1976 from New York Chiropractic College (Columbia Division). In 1979, he was a professor at Pennsylvania Chiropractic College while maintaining a private practice in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
After years of research Dr. Hatrak came to the realization that Chiropractic care alone wasn’t enough to deliver the corrective care needed for professional athletes and the large increase of the “weekend warrior” crowd. Realizing there was a missing piece to the methods of treatments, Dr. Hatrak discovered a man by the name of John Patterson, an extraordinary individual with an uncanny ability to see interrelationships within the body’s bio-mechanical structure. Mr. Patterson shared Dr. Hatrak’s passion for finding the missing link. Dr. Hatrak studied with him, learning the guiding principles of his technology and later they joined together to call this unique system SRT (Synergy Release Therapy).
Dr. Hatrak owes his success to his friend and mentor, John Patterson who is the founding developer of this unique, one of a kind therapy that allows athletes to perform at their optimal level.
In the last 20 years the SRT team of doctors and practitioners have worked with over 400 NFL players from over 27 teams as well and pro athletes from all sports, keeping them at the top of their game.

Sara moved to Georgia from the west coast when she was 10 years old and has called Alpharetta home ever since. She has always had a passion for health, wellness and preventative medicine. Knowing she wanted to work in the health field, she obtained her B.S. in Exercise Science from Georgia Southern University. After working for a physical therapist for several years she decided to travel to Costa Rica where she worked on a permaculture farm and furthered her knowledge on herbal medicine. This is also where she discovered she wanted to pursue massage therapy, so she could be a piece in the puzzle of treating people holistically and improving the quality of their lives.
Sara received her massage training at Georgia Massage School, one of the top programs in the country. Her style combines flowing movement with specific work to aid in the body’s natural healing process. She uses Swedish massage techniques, clinically based deep tissue, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and stretching to calm, reset, and relax the body. She enjoys orthopedic massage and aiding in the body recovery process but also believes strongly in integrating massage regularly into one's wellness routine for relaxation, stress relief, and to reconnect each client to their body and mind awareness. By adjusting each massage to the individual client, she will provide a very specific massage for your needs.
Sara is also a certified assisted lymphatic therapist. She has developed a huge passion for this practice because she has
seen it truly transform peoples lives. "In my opinion, the lymphatic system is one of the most
important and powerful systems in the body because if it is not functioning properly, no other
systems can function at their highest capacity. Unfortunately, in traditional medicine, the
lymphatic system is often overlooked."
In her free time Sara enjoys spending time outside with her dog, hiking, practicing yoga, cooking, discovering local artists and musicians, practicing Spanish, supporting Atlanta United, and traveling just about anywhere.
